🔄 Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our cosmetic and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used items, in compliance with health and hygiene regulations.

🗓️ Right of withdrawal

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of receipt, under the right of withdrawal (as per Brazil’s Consumer Code, Art. 49).

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Photo of the defective or damaged product

Our team will get back to you promptly to coordinate a refund or replacement.

🚫 Items not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used items

  • Products damaged by misuse

  • Returns requested outside the allowed timeframe
